We offer both domestic and international shipping to bring Sandsign’s products directly to your door.
Domestic Shipping (India):

- Shipping Partners: We collaborate with reliable couriers to provide you with the best delivery experience.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
International Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-20 business days, depending on the country and destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. International shipping rates may vary.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that any customs duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number to keep you updated on your package’s journey. You can track your order via the courier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
- Returns: Custom products are made to order, so we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Exchanges: If there is a sizing issue or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist with exchanges for eligible items.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, processing will have started, and cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Errors
